I think blogging for this class will make it easier to communicate and learn from each other in the class.I also, feel that students will be able to reflect and see how the actually learn by the end of the semester. As a student I feel it's a very good thing to reflect and be able to understand and learn from what you and others may have learned from the same concept. My blog will show you what i have learned over the course, what I felt about some information and or how I could use this information in "real" life situations and or in a classroom.

Compare the NETS-T to the brochure NETS-T. Why did ISTE update these standards for teachers? Now compare the NETS-T with the NETS-S shown on page 5 in your textbook or at this link http://www.iste.org/Content/NavigationMenu/NETS/ForStudents/2007Standards/NETS_for_Students_2007.htm. How do the NETS for students differ from the NETS for teachers?
I felt that both the Nets-t and Nets-S were very similar. For example the 1st one of each was just said differently. The new one just made the students become more creative and think more instead of just learning the technology and using it to look things up and not really being creative and using their own creativity!

Why do you think this quote has to do with the reasons you are here? List two or three goals you hope to accomplish by taking this course. Print your response to be used for next classes Partner Activity.
"Teaching is not a science; it is an art. If teaching were a science there would be a best way of teaching and everyone would have to teach like that. Since teaching is not a science, there is great latitude and much possibility for personal differences."
George Polya, cited in O'Connor & Robertson, 2002) and page 2 in our textbook Introduction to Educational Technology.
I feel this statement prove we show be in this class because with technology there is an endless amount of opportunities and ways to teach the young students of future.
Goals:
1-I want to learn more about technology and feel a little more conformable with using technology.
2- I also would love to get an A in this class therefore, I would have my GPA up!!!
